Nekoosa Homecoming Parade
The Nekoosa UCC participated in the annual Homecoming parade in
October. Many contributed ideas for our float titled “Sharing the
Spirit”. We also received help from several other members who
walked the parade route and distributed candy to many eager children. It
was a wonderful experience sharing our UCC pride with the community!

Men's Night Out
The United Church Women sponsor an annual "Men's Night Out”
for their bfavorite guys. Usually around
Valentine's Day, this year's event took place on February 23rd, having been
snowed out the week before. The wait was well worth it. The dinner was
followed by a presentation by SSgt. JB Moody, Ruth Moody's grandson, who told
of his experiences with a MASH unit in Iraq.

Dinner
at The Bethlehem Inn
The Innkeeper and his family are hosts to a gourmet dinner at the
finest Inn in Bethlehem.
Well, maybe the only Inn in Bethlehem!
The evening has many interruptions, including a visit by shepherds from the
hillside, a couple with child from Nazareth,
and an unusual star that seems to be hanging right over the Inn.
The guests are witnesses on the holiest of nights as Jesus is born in the
stable behind the Inn.
